Pineapple

Like so many other fruits, pineapple also arrived from South America. Today the Philippinesone is of the world’s largest producers of pineapple. We are trying out different varieties to see which ones grow best in our soils and organic farming systems. The fruits are full of vitamins and minerals (especially vitamin C and manganese), and antioxidants.
