Kalamansi (Philippine lime)

Kalamansi/kalamondin or Philippine lime, is a small citrus hybrid native to the Philippines.

 

Used widely for juice (with or without sugar, hot or cold), on fish, and with soya sauce. Good on ripe papaya fruit. Used with ginger and honey in hot water to treat colds and sore throats.

A small tree, 2-7 meters at maturity.
